This is my best recipe for chocolate cake. A lot of people have asked me for the recipe after trying it. And it just happens to be without egg and dairy so it's one that Bonnie can eat to! Also, it's sooo easy to make. Just remember to make the glaze as well - it's really the icing on the cake (erhm, sorry).
Yum, I already have a vegan chocolate cake recipe I use but I'm going to give yours a go next time. I love coffee in chocolate cake!
